I've added this link to the track I found yesterday, Not that I think that many are going to be tempted to hop on over and participate in a fifty one minute breathing meditation. A singular bod might find it helpful so I've included it. Just to lure you in the Scottish guy leading it has a very gorgeous voice, a tad distracting but in a pleasant way. Are you supposed to think of these things when engaging in spiritual practice?
Anyway, for the rest of you I just thought I'd highlight something that happened whilst I was doing this meditation. On a couple of occasions the 'Hot Scot' urged me to smile and notice the effect that it had. Even though it was a mechanical gesture I was amazed at the incredible uplift that the action gave to my emotional state. One to remember in real life. Have a lovely smiley day you guys!
